About delivery and shipping costs
We will ship your order as early as one day or as late as one week after receiving your order.

*Due to the nature of the product, please note that the order cannot be canceled if the product is returned due to the customer's circumstances, such as incorrect address or prolonged absence. Please check carefully before placing your order.

* If the item does not fit due to reasons such as a narrow mailbox opening, the item will be returned to the post office where it was delivered. If you have an absence notice in your mailbox, please be sure to arrange for redelivery within the custody period
 

About overseas shipping
For countries and regions where delivery is possible, we will send the item via Japan Post EMS. Please note that shipping charges vary by country and order weight.
