Ink Type
NeoPigment non-white is a type of printing involving white color ink with soft and blended (absorbs) in to the t-shirt with design color which will be affected by the t-shirt material. Print result is safe to be ironed.
Printing will be based by color white ink before printed by other color ink and color is not be affected by material color. The print result does not absorb in to the material and has a thick feel when it is touched.
More solid print result color and brighter color which does not absorb in to the material, high-quality rubber which is flexible and a little bit elastic, the print result cannot be ironed.

Reminders
- Sample is suggested to make for bulk order.
- Size of the fullprint patterns provided by CustomHK should not be changed. CustomHK is not responsible for any problems of the final product caused by the size change.
- CustomHK does not edit image provided. Customer should provide high resolution file.
- Mock up is only for reference. Product will not be 100% the same. Should you have any special requirement of the printing dimension, please put it in the note box.
Print on Your Own Tee
- CustomHK is not responsible for any damages caused on your provided material during production.
- 5% extra material is suggested to provide for damaged material replacement.
File Requirements
- JPG / PNG file.
- RGB color
- Resolution: 150 DPI
- We do not edit images provided by customer if no prior request.
- If the file you provided needs editing, please contact our Customer Service Officer. $99+ image fee is needed for image editing.
- Dropbox account is needed for Fullprint patterns upload.
Return Policy
Any claims regarding the products have to be submitted within 2 working days after the product received otherwise we will not be able to respond and process the defects.
Why is there Product Color Difference?
- Monitor color display might vary from monitor to monitor
- Material characteristics determine color difference
Way to reduce color difference:
- Test printing before bulk production
Production Time
- Normal production (NeoPigment & Rubber Printing)takes 3-5 business days (excluding Saturday , Sunday & public holidays)
- Orders confirmed before 4pm is considered as orders on the same day. Orders after 4pm will be of the next business day.
Dropship Service

- You can send your design products to your friends or your customers under your name or even your brand name
