Sample is suggested to make for bulk order.
Size of the fullprint patterns provided by CustomHK should not be changed. CustomHK is not responsible for any problems of the final product caused by the size change.
CustomHK does not edit image provided. Customer should provide high resolution file.
Mock up is only for reference. Product will not be 100% the same. Should you have any special requirement of the printing dimension, please put it in the note box.

Print on Your Own Tee

CustomHK is not responsible for any damages caused on your provided material during production.
5% extra material is suggested to provide for damaged material replacement.

File Requirements

JPG / PNG file.
RGB color
Resolution: 150 DPI
We do not edit images provided by customer if no prior request.
If the file you provided needs editing, please contact our Customer Service Officer. $99+ image fee is needed for image editing.
Dropbox account is needed for Fullprint patterns upload.

Why is there Product Color Difference?

Way to reduce color difference:

Normal production (NeoPigment & Rubber Printing)takes 3-5 business days (excluding Saturday , Sunday & public holidays)
Orders confirmed before 4pm is considered as orders on the same day. Orders after 4pm will be of the next business day.
