The One-Way Sticker is made of vinyl sticker material which has small holes on the surface of it. These holes if we see from the printing sticker side there will be nothing to be seen at all, but if we see from the glue side we will see another side. So this sticker has different function than other stickers.

For sticker die cut , better use PNG file with transparent background, the shape of sticker will make based on the file you uploaded. If the file you send in JPEG format so the colors of the background will be printed. And the shape of sticker will be in square shape.

Resolution File?

What is definition of resolution file?? Resolution files are usually called DPI (Dots per Inch) or PPI (Pixels per inch). Which is the number of dots in an image. If the number of dots in one of the pictures a lot, then it will get better results. For the best result of print so the file for print minimum print file has a resolution of 150-300 dpi maximum file print is 2MB. If the image you want to print is not based on standard resolution, then the result will be less a good or blur. We accept files in JPEG or PNG. We do not edit the picture again, we will print a sticker in accordance with the file submitted.

CMYK or RGB?

Color image file being sent should be as CMYK (Cyan Magenta Yellow Black). If the images are sent to other color formats such as RGB (Red Green Blue), we will process it by changing the color format into a CMYK form. Color settings from RGB to CMYK which makes the result of a different color. Normally RGB colors are used for the color on the monitor screen while the CMYK used in printing results.

Duration of Production

Duration of production is 7 business day. Duration of production is counted after the transfer confirmation is received. If the confirmation received before 14.00 o’clock, the process will be run on that day. After 14.00 o’clock process is counted start from tomorrow.
Business day means Monday to Friday, not including national holiday or mass leave holiday. For Eid Fitri and end of the year holiday, we always inform before the holiday dates.

Things to be noticed before ordering

We will not receive any complain if the result is not as you expected. We highly recommend ordering a sample before the bulk order.
We suggest that you can provide the good quality picture file that meets our requirements to avoid the bad resolution picture result
Provide us the design that complete with the stroke line so that we can do pressing and cutting. We will not responsible for the result if you don't provide the stroke line.
Please provide us the design file with dimension that is equal to the dimension that you expect on the final result to avoid any mistake.

Data File Type for Production

We highly recommend you to provide JPG/PNG file type.
If the data you are sending is going to be edited, inform our admin or write a note on the web so we can help editing the design.
File design resolution: 150dpi/inch.

Item Returning

Time limitation for item returning is 2 days after the items received/taken with damaged condition caused by the production.

Return Policy

Any claims regarding the products have to be submitted within 2 working days after the product received otherwise we will not be able to respond and process the defects.

Item that can be returned:

The cutting is not precision
The size of the stickers are not in accordance with the order
The design that are printed is not in accordance with the order
The lamination of the stickers is not in accordance with the order

Item that can NOT be returned:

The color is different between the display in monitor and printing result (we suggest to order the sample before the bulk order)
The bad print result because of the file was not good or not proper
Rough print result because the file resolution is too small
